Downstream definition is - in the direction of or nearer to the mouth of a stream. Older versions on this can block newer upstream channels. Once that was done, I was good to go. Apparently my modem wasn't properly provisioned by the Time Warner tech that initially transferred my service.
Curious if you've fixed your problem at all. The only multi-discipline downstream event goes virtual.
