After 20 years of working someone else’s dream, Dunsborough chef Coby Cockburn made the decision to open Blue Manna Bistro, a steel, sandstone and rammed-earth restaurant with a bush outlook and a menu that’s all hawker-spiced seafood elegance.

The...Absolutely amazing food and quick service! The food was delicious and wine was nice and cold.Was looking forward to eating there but had to have takeaway as limited seating at the moment.Where do I start.The chips were so crispy that there was no potato left inside.The battered fish had A very thick batter ,2 pieces per portion .Was ok but...Blue Manna on the third visit in two years has never ever served us an inferior dish or an inferior experience.
