Basically, customer service....simple, you would think right ? It's close to most restaurants, and the staff seem friendly enough. That is a ghastly viewing experience, The seats themselves are killing machines for the back and the neck: husband and I (and our seat neighbors) were wriggling the whole time of the movies trying to find comfort in seats that have no back or neck support whatsoever.
Does it get more surreal than this? If you arrive early or want to walk off your popcorn and other movie theater food, the grounds are beautiful and there is a lot to see. Get your tickets, get your snacks, and find yourself a good enough seat. The theater is super modern in contrast. They are huge and recline flat, oh yes, but comfortable to watch a movie?

I attended movies twice there in 2 different rooms: in both, their giant barcaloungers have taken over the entire room, so that no seat is a good seat: big seats spaced in few rows in small rooms mean all the seats are too close to the screen (when a screen is big and the room is small, you are always too close to the screen. Has anyone ever really moved past kindergarten? The popcorn was standard movie theater issue.

Never too crowded the times I've gone and they serve beer at the concession stand. The staff there is really friendly and engage you about the movie as much as they can.
Coupled with small- to- mid-sized screening rooms, this means that you'll be less likely to be jammed in with rowdy, rude crowds. The snacks are upgraded too. It's small but big enough and it is well maintained. Parking is hard so take other forms of transportation. I love that there's a theater that supports these important movies, which are truly life changing. And it's one of the few places via Movie Pass that lets you purchase and pick your seat ahead of time.Not only can you buy tickets on-line, you can also pick your seats!Why have I not discovered this theater sooner!
