I am at the Allison, and searching Newberg restaurants "bird's eye view" by "highest rated", and you've got taco trucks, diners, counter service juke joints, and the like... all rated higher than a spot like Jory, or a spot like this.Let me tell you... this is easily one of the top 3 dining experiences in Newberg, and likely the greater Willamette Valley. Because we were camping and hiking, we enjoyed the casual atmosphere of the restaurant but also appreciated the quality of the food. Show ratings. On our first day, we found ourselves in Newberg and came across Recipe through a review on Yelp. COVID update: Cream Northwest has updated their hours, takeout & delivery options. The service was superb, the waiter knowledgeable and efficient- although we were told by our companions that one of the women waiters remembers everything about them when they come in seasonally- quite a talent. Too busy.... but I am not too busy for the way they are executing. Select between indoor and outdoor seating. From the first inquiry call, to out actual meal, and finally to a goodnight to Chef Paul and Co-Owner Jason, we were most pleased with the service and seamless operation.
This place is a dream for the Valley, and you don't need to look any further if you're unsure of driving the distance to McMinville, etc.
