Did this and sent it off at the same time as returning another seperate allsaints parcel which was successfully processed a few days ago but I have heard nothing about this parcel nor recieved a refund despite the royal mail tracking saying it was delivered almost a week ago on the 23rd.

I returned my purse at store got gift card . Recieved a jacket about 2 weeks ago and wanted to return it but the parcel sent had no returns form or label inside and when going online to print off a new one, it was unable to create one and just gave me a bank screen, unlike on other orders where it gave the correct label if I tried - contacted customer service about this and they helpfully generated a new return label for the parcel but said they couldnt get a return slip so I should just put the details of the return on a piece of paper inside the package instead.
