She joined CTM in 2010 and has been a key contributor to its successful growth.
Most recently, Maureen held senior executive roles at WorldTravel Inc. and Ovation Travel Group which entailed oversight of business development, client solutions and operational technology that delivered efficiencies, innovative supplier programs, and revenue growth. Anne has also held various legal and compliance roles over a 12 year period with Tatts Group Limited, including the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary, and prior to this worked as a lawyer in both private practice and government roles.Anne holds both Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) qualifications, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Applying open communication and active listening, Anita acts as mentor, coach, and collaborator to our local, national, and global Account Managers to ensure consistent internal and external satisfaction.Anita is credited with developing our global consulting team. Anita brings our clients a hyper focus on solution-driven travel program satisfaction.Anita has overseen CTM’s strategic account management efforts since 2016.During her career with Travizon, now a part of the CTM family, Anita lent her leadership skills to the industry as a founding member of Women in Travel (WINit), a member of Travel & Leisure Business Travel Advisory Board, and an active and innovative member of major industry organizations.As CTM’s Senior Vice President, Global Account Management, Anita leverages more than 30 years of industry experience to drive the global and national strategy we develop in collaboration with our clients. Maureen joined CTM as COO North America in 2019 and subsequently took over the CEO role in April 2020.
