I am working with MRS-Syclo-CRM service orders.I think Syclo service manager 4.0 is going to integrate with MRS.Our requirement is suck as order will be assigned to the resource from MRS and after the informed status from MRS it should move to Syclo device and during the execution change in status will reflect back to the MRS.It is working fine with WFM-Syclo but not able to integrate with MRS-Syclo till now.If you are able to achive this please share your experience with me.
