If I could give 0 stars I would for some of the security staff. But so far every time I've gone has been a jock strap night thing.

On Friday is perfect because it isn't too pack but on Saturday it's extremely full you can barely move around. No one dances too much even though the DJ on Saturday isn't afraid to give us some deep house- no pop (rare in nyc). But I've been there since the beginning (of this location!) I left without even buying a drink, and you should too. For some reason the bar has stopped having happy hour, no more 2-4-1 drink specials. "My boyfriend and I came here this past Saturday night for the "Friendzone" theme. Me? This place ranks close to the best bar in Manhattan! The Eagle use to be a great place for drink specials. Just left... wasnt expecting a huge crowd on a Tuesday night, so if it were only that there were less than 20 guys in the place, I wouldnt even be writing this review... it was the rude ass bartender, who kept us waiting for almost 10 minutes, without acknowledgement,  while he chatted with a friend or patron right next to us and the fact that bottles of bud light were $7 each on a dead Tuesday night, served by a rude, obnoxious bartender that was too much to let slide... the coat check guy seemed cool though... not his fault they charge for coat check, but $20 just to walk in the door ($14 for 2 beers, plus $2 tip plus $4 to check 2 coats) at a dead bar, with bad service, wasnt worth the trip. Yes, it's smelly.

The tall white security guy who is almost always there has been real short and rude to me in the past and he was tonight as well. Not really looking for a hook up place, more just somewhere to frequent. I requested a seat by the window and my…""This new upscale bar is beautiful and clean, with amazing service and delicious…""My favorite go to bar. The Eagle NYC New York's Premier Gay Leather Cruise Bar. Now they're having tea dance parties and all kinds of private parties and asking for 10 dollar cover at 7pm. Expensive drinks. Three floors of fun including a popular roofdeck.Don't go for special events, especially Halloween. Maybe I went on the wrong night. Second drink. I like the "stuff" that goes down but the place isn't as diverse as I had hoped it would be. I just don't understand why the place won't open the second floor until it's 10:00 p.m.
Not the least trace of hotness, just dumb adolescent girls acting out. (Also the bar was a lot of fun on Sunday night with the Beer Blast)When did this place become Amish?

Bathroom has a mesh fence so you end up looking across at someone else's face while you're peeing. Located in vibrant Long Island City, Eagle Lofts presents spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment rentals with spectacular skyline views, just one subway stop from Midtown Manhattan. I came in pants, white dress shirt, sweater. Attractive crowd. This is my second time visiting NYC with my bf and we mostly spent our 3 nights here at the Eagle definitely returning.Very fun cruisy bar with good lighting but dark just enough to see people faces really good strong drinks are a big +.

Eagle Court is a pre-war building with modern conveniences, including 24-hour front desk concierge and state of the art security. New York magazine described Eagle NYC as "a palatial two-story leather bar located near the West Side Highway" and rated the bar 79 out of 100. They don't care who's getting drunk and falling or getting injured or killed, they just want $$. "Thanks for coming!" (starts at 4p - come early!) I did enjoy the trough style urinals though ;)I want to like this place so bad. Good thing I wasn't drinking the…""A couple of people recommended this place to me so i decided to give it a shot.
