Just starting out or returning to running? “Whether it’s a beginner who’s new to the Bike and wants some structure to their training, or someone who wants to level up their workouts with a program that’s focused on intervals or climbs, it was important that we provide this new approach for our community.”We’re kicking this launch off with three two to six-week programs: Welcome to the Leaderboard, The Climb, and Ride Tabata With Robin, who’s here to explain why Peloton Programs will soon be your new favorite way to work out.I think anytime you mix up how you train you’re going to see greater results!

Don’t forget about the recovery. I haven’t done any of the running or boot camp classes yet. The initial programs are called “Welcome to the Leaderboard”, “The Climb”, and “Ride Tabata with Robin”. I have not signed up yet (gasp!) My son and I were laughing during our workout with Andy because he was doing “the lawnmower”. I need to give Peloton stuff a try!I think you would really like it if only to have someone else come up w your workout sometimes.

Let me know how it goes! These look like great classes! Just starting out? I definitely need some help if I’m going to be running on my treadmill any longer!I know it’s tough going right now for you!
