I’ve been using the Abu Garcia Silver Max Casting Reel for the better part of a year.
This may delay some deliveries, but we are … I recommend this reel for beginners (like myself) and those with more advanced skills. It features five bearings along with an additional instant anti-reverse bearing and an Everlast™ bail system.

I took it apart and found that the spindle looking part of the handle was partially ground off and there were metal particles floating around inside. It’s a pleasure to use for all types of fishing.
