We purchased my engagement ring and both our wedding bands from BE and their stunning. My then fiance ordered my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth (Hudson Luxe) and the matching band had two options! After only 8 months of wear, one of the small stones have fallen out.
We ended up having issues with that jeweler fixing the issue but haven't had any other.

No problems so far and I loved the packaging, but holy shit are these others stories sounding really bad.I have one from brilliant earth that has 6 small stones, I've had it since January. Brilliant Earth is the global leader in ethically sourced fine jewelry.
Their customer service was fantastic though, I sent it back, they fixed it and shipped it back within a few weeks. You can’t help but stumble upon Brilliant Earth when searching for conflict-free diamonds. And the matching band we planned for the anniversary will not be ordered.Thanks for adding your story to this thread.

Brilliant Earth’s premium price comes from their eco-friendly approach to their diamonds, however as we’ve discussed earlier that doesn’t really set them apart.The imagery throughout the website is nice, clean, and slick. The etching in this design is rare and gorgeous. Back to more googling this troubling subject. We are now paying a new jeweler (who I LOVE) to make us a brand new setting, and no amount of arguing with BE got them to ever help us or side with us.I am happy to give you more info if you'd like it. How long have you had it? I have rings from jewelers that I have worn everyday for over ten years that have never lost a stone.
