When Moses questions Nefretiri as to his wife and son's whereabouts, she explains Pharaoh's decree.

Nefertari is shown holding a sistrum. Moses returns to find that his wife and son have gone, and Nefretiri trying to seduce him again. She backs Memnant to a balcony and pushes her off, killing her. Rameses suggests Moses be sent to build Sethi's jubilee city. She appears in a flashback in Fate/Prototype: Fragments of Sky Silver. [praying]  On his deathbed, Nefretiri mourns Sethi and tries to make his passing as comfortable and warm as she can. Nefretiri mourns Sethi, who admits with his final breaths that he misses Moses. Nefretiri is enraged that Moses is still alive, and that she is stuck knowing that for the rest of her life. However, Rameses is still grieving the loss of his child, and begs the god Anubis to bring his son back to life and prove his might over the Hebrew God's.

Nefertari held many titles, including: Great of Praises (wrt-hzwt), Sweet of Love (bnrt-mrwt), Lady of Grace (nbt-im3t), Great King’s Wife (hmt-niswt-wrt), his beloved (hmt-niswt-wrt meryt.f), Lady of The Two Lands (nbt-t3wy), Lady of all Lands (hnwt-t3w-nbw), Wife of the Strong Bull (hmt-k3-nxt), god's Wife (hmt-ntr), Mistress of Upper and Lower Egypt (hnwt-Shm’w-mhw).Although Nefertari's family background is unknown, the discovery in her tomb of a knob inscribed with the cartouche of Pharaoh Nefertari is an important presence in the scenes from Nefertari appears as Ramesses II’s consort on many statues in both Luxor and Karnak.

Nefertari gave birth to Ozymandias's firstborn son, but he was killed by Moses' final plague; Nefertari later gave birth to Ozymandias's second prince afterwards. She calls him less than a man, and says that he is not the laughing stock of other kings, but the laughing stock of slaves and peasants. Rameses : [to Moses] I defeated you in life. Nefertiti was the royal wife of Akhenaten, the heretic king, who lived a couple of centuries before Moses. When her enemies make threats or warnings towards her, she often disregards them and sees herself or her allies as being higher than any who would oppose her. " Yes. Rameses tells Sethi of Moses' actions, and accuses him of plotting an insurrection against his Pharaoh. [nodding to her servants]  She is beautiful, gentle and well-loved by Ramesses II.
