A galvanizing new revival of “West Side Story” opened Thursday night on Broadway, minus some familiar sights and sounds. I saw SIDE SHOW and was not all that enthralled with it until the cast album was released. Because it's so well produced and executed it allowed me to re-examine the show and develop a much stronger appreciation and eventual love for it.
