We delight in providing excellent service to our valued guests and really appreciate your compliments. The hotel offers two restaurants, residents bar and Wave Bar. We've prioritized unique provisions for a beautiful, well considered stay.

The Blue Hen is the elegant fine-dining restaurant featuring modern-American cuisine with a French flare and a uniquely beautiful dining experience set in a glass conservatory. Elegant, keeping with the history of this hotel, yet modern and functional as well, with all the latest high-tech lighting etc. We hope you can join us again someday! Tip is to use the valet parking.
