Since I began using Videotron I have several times called to complain about my second line which I use for a fax. Channel surfing is a nightmare... I’m forgetting a few, but I think I’ve written enough. I took a look at my previous bills and it turns out they have deactivated a feature I have never asked them to deactivate which raised my bills insanely. If you watch something on-demand, you can rewind, skip back, skip forward (5 minutes or so), but cannot fast-forward. On parle anglais aussi! $250 for the terminal? We would like to thank M. Another important detail is that for every refund, I had to call something like 10 times and they always say how sorry they are and I don’t get the refund as long as I manage to reach a manager.
