Other than that this job was a good job and it have numerous benefits.I love the place and the people just not the time to go in and the hours.durning peak season you will be worked 18 hrs a day and some sat that is as a temp, full time wroers will be 8 to 12 hrs and when get rolled over from temp will be tried to keep you under 40 hrs and wont have you no raise in pay whe rolled over, The management team was very helpful and offered positive feedback. Our management team has an open door policy and you can always discuss your thoughts with your supervisor. Opportunities to advance are rare and most times you apply you won't get the position because they will give it to someone in the department with more experience. Would not hire me full time though so eventually ended up leaving because I wanted benefits.This company will work you like a dog then laid you off after the peak season is over. Then you have to work 50+ hours just to get a decent paycheckThey promote competitiveness amongst employees with no benefits of hard work. I never let it get to me.
