The chicken griddle thing and waffles was good, BUT it was drenched in syrup and it made my meal a bit too sweet.This place was so good! I wish I just got more on the sandwich though. Bruxie Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich. There was no wait. The Portuguese bun had a good texture and the chicken had a good flavor, but the jalapenos and onions didnt mesh too well with the sandwich. Service was really upbeat and friendly. During the collaboration between Dean and Kelly, the idea of making this waffle an all-day offering was created. Awesomeness was born.

If you’ve never been, Bruxie Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich has locations in southern California, Las Vegas, and Korea(!) And boom! I got the Holy Chicken breakfast sandwich and it was good and messy you'll need lots of napkins.
