Also i see complaints about the water heater failing, 1st these water heaters need to be installed by a licensed Plumber, Not a handyman, not a home owner, not a general contractor. All water heater manufacturers make tanks like this to last on average 7-10 years. They’re decent as well but Bradford’s in my opinion are the best. My carpet, walls, furniture, media equipment were wet. In addition, I and my children and dog have to find a hotel to stay. Even tho it’s warranty is 6 years, who needs the expense, aggravation and inconvenience of replacing it!!
