So choices are accept a wrongful charge for roaming when you were not roaming or get a charge for calling to have the charge removed. How does one extend their data when they cant use their data? See business transparency Nice way to treat good paying customers....damn crooks! Virgin it is, first chance I get..the lesser of two Evils. Their parent company is Telus and when you find their e mail address it refers you to a Koodo phone number which of course doesn't answer. Not to mention there so called extended warranty plan which is a separate company who is an even bigger disgrace the koodo.
Because of covid I was having an extremely difficult time getting in contact with a representative. What a joke, not to mention the countless posts online of their poor customer service, unlawfully billing people via harassment and and unethical treatment of those who keep them in business. Two months later I received a bill over email saying my account was overdue for payment. Customer service help, support, information. People have taken home phones out of there houses and rely on cellular phones with nobody to reach when there is a problem is disgusting what are we paying for airwaves only?..somebody in koodos hierarchy needs to get off the jib Koodo is a absolute disgrace of a company.
