Emily Mortimer is in the movie and I should have been tipped off by that alone, because she is way to young to be in the movie I seen years ago (and I LOVE Emily Mortimer, That's the reason I bought this in the first place and being smitten by her, I made this choice with my heart not my head!).
It was REALLY intense as I remember.
Yet the ad said it was. So he calls on Noah (John Voight) and tells him to build a boat, a boat big enough to carry two members - one male, one female - of every animal species on earth.

Not the best, a rather - forgive the word '- amateurish' production compared to others, despite the skills of Jon Voight
Even if the bible connotation was removed, it is still - in my opinion -a badly made picture. There was nothing to do with the story of Noah contained in it whatsoever. Even if available used for just 1 penny or just 1 cent, AVOID. One thing I did like though was the size and the deisign of the ark as it was depicted in the movie.

AAA+ Ridiculous storyline which has vanishingly little to do with the real topic.Otherwise world-class actors deliver poor performances - one wonders if, having just arrived on set, they became depressed after realising really what nonsense this all is. !IT IS ABSOLUTE,UTTER AND COMPLETE RUBBISH. With Little Help from the Outside World, the Brave and Gentle Noah Goes Against All Odds and Builds An Extraordinary Ark to Protect His Family from the Threat of a Great Flood.
Compelled to write something about this film---but 'JUST AWFUL' is probably the kindest I can begin with.i am just about coming to the end of this dreadful movieBadly acted,the story is not even accurate really[apart from Noah ,the Ark and some water] and as for the length of it well---could have,should have been over in an hour[and thats being kind].Now,call me a 'spoil-sport,'lacking imagination,or just intolerant B U T a group of people by the Ark,singing'WATER,WATER EVERYWHERE'just doesnt cut it for me!!
