(4) When fishing on waters located within another state, a person must abide by that state's regulations regarding fishing with more than one pole. (2)(a) Except as provided in Subsection (2)(b), nongame fish may be taken by angling, traps, bow and arrow, liftnets, dipnets, cast nets, seine, or spear in any water of the state with an open fishing season.
